MoneyLink is a leading solar system provider and tech solution provider company in South Sudan. They have a goal to accept bulk orders from large retailer base and want to execute stable Mobile money platform with Electronic voucher distribution software.

Challenge

Deployment of EVD System and POS machine in South Sudan where a poor internet connection and retailer credit allocation and recollection.

Solution

MoneyLink came to IWT with an idea to deploy a stable electronic voucher distribution system with Linux based POS. After a long conversation and good project understanding, we draft the solution for them using an online and offline voucher sells system with our EVD software. We have deployed a prototype and manage SMS based requests on the server for multiple actions including voucher order request, new registration, credit allocation request, Balance inquiry function, fund transfer and much more using two way SMS  connectivity.

Results

We have achieved a transaction rate of 5 million transactions per month over pos and simultaneously the calls from retailers are decresed by 98%. It was a big step towards their scaling business of electronic voucher distribution and evd system by IWT played a vital role in their expansion.
